The Department for Education is undertaking a large scale survey of families with Education, Health and Care plans (EHC plans) this summer (2016) .
Families with EHCPs obtained between January and December 2015 are being sampled for this study. If you are someone who doesn’t like surprises, you can preview the questions below.

The survey is being carried out by IFF Research and Derby University. The questionnaire was piloted in April and May 2015 and the same questions will be used for the large scale survey. I have extracted the questions and reproduced them below.
